해외 주요국의 연금개혁 심층 사례 연구

1980년대 중반 이후 서구 전역에서는 공적연금의 재정건전성 확보를 목표로 축소지향적 연금개혁을 실시하였고, 그 결과 상당수 국가에서 공적연금의 미래 지출수준이 감소하는 모습을 나타냈다. 일부 남유럽 국가들을 제외하면 주요한 개혁들이 일단락된 상태에서 어느 정도 재정안정화를 달성했다는 평가를 받고 있다. 한국은 앞서 연금개혁을 실시한 서구 국가들과 비교할 때 급여삭감의 폭이 매우 컸으나, 여전히 재정 안정화와 급여 적정성 확보가 어려운 상황에 처해 있다...[이하 원문 확인]

국가채무 증가의 일반균형 효과에 대한 연구

기존 재정전망 기법은 성장률이나 이자율 같은 거시전망치를 바탕으로 이루어지며, 2018년에는 약 36%이던 총생산 대비 국가채무비율이 추계 방법에 따라 2060년에 158.7%까지 오를 수 있다고 전망되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 재정전망치가 다시 거시전망에 미치는 내생적인 영향은 기존 전망 기법에서 고려되지 않는다. 본 연구는 이렇게 높이 상승할 것으로 전망되는 국가채무비율을 금융제약이 유효한 이질적 경제주체 일반균형모형의 이행 경로에 반영할 때 발생하는 내생적인 구축효과에 대해 분석한다...[이하 원문 확인]
