본 연구에서는 관광산업 전반의 변화 흐름을 파악하고 그와 연관된 관광산업 및 연계산업 간 흐름, 신규 산업 또는 비즈니스 모델의 발생 과정을 파악할 수 있도록 관광산업의 생태계 분석은 물론 그동안의 진흥정책 및 법제도에 대한 검토도 살펴보면서 이러한 분석을 기반으로, 관광산업 전반의 발전 전략 수립과 관광진흥법에 대한 개선방안 마련을 목적으로 한다.

미중 전략경쟁시대 북중관계 변화와 우리의 대응방안

본 연구는 2021년 바이든 행정부 출범 이후에도 미중 전략경쟁의 장기화·구조화 추세는 지속될 가능성이 높고, 2022년 러시아-우크라이나 전쟁의 발발 및 장기화 추세로 인해 국제질서의 다극화 추세가 가속화될 것이라는 전망이 제기되고 있어 북중관계 역시 이전보다 더 밀착되고 공고화될 가능성이 높아지고 있다는 전제하에 미중 전략경쟁이 북중관계에 미칠 영향에 대한 분석과 시사점의 도출을 통해 향후 우리 정부의 정책적 대응 방안 제시를 목적으로 한다.

산업

MZ세대 소비트렌드를 반영한 해양관광 추진방안 연구

밀레니얼 세대와 Z세대가 전 세계적으로 소비와 생산의 주역이 되고 있는 상황 속에 해양관광 정책방향은 급속히 변화하는 MZ세대 소비트렌드를 반영하지 못하고 있는 실정이므로 MZ세대의 생활·소비·여가·관광 트렌드를 반영한 우리나라 해양관광 정책방향성 마련이 필요함에 따라 우리나라 청년의 사회·경제적 문제에 공감하고 일조할 수 있는 청년 포용의 관점에서 청년 주도 해양관광 정책지원 방안을 마련하며 청년 주도 해양관광 산업 생태계 구축을 위한 청년과 연안지역이 상생할 수 있는 정책방안을 마련하고자 한다.

구체적 권리로서의 노동3권의 의의와 부당노동행위제도 재정립에 관한 연구

기존 노동3권 해석과 부당노동행위제도를 둘러싼 법제도적 조건이 달라졌는데, 단결의 자유에 관한 ILO 제87호 협약과 제98호 협약이 비준 이후, 조약의 규정들과 기존 국내법의 규정들을 조화롭게 해석하는 해석론이 제시될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 각 연구자의 해석론을 독립적으로 제시하였다. 노동3권을 구체적 권리로 해석한다고 할 때에도 그것은 하나의 결론으로 귀결되지 않고 그 안에서도 다양한 스펙트럼을 가질 수 있다는 점을 보여줄 수 있다는 점에서 장점이 있다고 생각한다.

탄소중립 추진을 위한 공동주택 난방의 전력화 방안 연구

본 연구는 가정 부문의 화석연료 난방을 대체하기 위한 수단으로 전력화의 방안과 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 난방의 전력화를 현재 해외에서의 정의를 준용하여 자연의 온도차 에너지를 이용한 히트펌프 시스템 기반의 난방 전력화로하여 우리나라 주거 양식의 약 80%를 차지하는 공동주택에 초점을 맞춰, 현재 개별난방･중앙난방 등에 사용되는 화석연료를 대체하는 수단으로 난방 전력화 대안과 방향을 분석하고자 한다.

전세 레버리지 리스크 추정과 정책대응 방안 연구

본 연구는 2015년부터 매매가격과 전세가격의 차이가 적은 주택에 대해 보증금을 승계하여 적은 투자금으로 주택을 매입한 이후 시세차익을 통해 높은 수익률을 거두는 레버리지 거래의 투자 실패 결과가 주택 매입자 뿐만 아니라 임차인 또한 주거안정성이 훼손되기에 정부의 대응 속에서 정확한 현황 파악에 한계가 존재함에도 정책적 대응에관한 연구가 부족하기에 본 연구는 전세 레버리지 매입, 리스크 등 관련 개념 정의, 미시적, 거시적 차원에서 리스크를 추정하고, 관련 리스크에 대응할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 한다.

교통약자 이동편의 증진의 사회적 가치 추정 연구

본 연구는 교통약자 이동편의 증진과 사회적 가치의 개념을 고찰하고 교통약자 이동편의 증진의 사회적 가치 항목을 발굴, 정의하여 빅데이터 분석 및 설문조사 결과를 기반으로 추정하였으며 이를 통해 보편적 복지로서 교통약자 이동편의 증진 정책의 지속 및 확대가 가능하도록 정책결정자의 인식 제고를 도모하고, 사회적 가치에 대한 공감대를 확장시키는 기반으로 활용하고자 하며, 궁극적으로 교통약자 이동권 확보와 자립생활에 기여하고자 한다.

탈통신시대, 통신기업 성장 전략 효과 분석

본 연구에서는 통신시장 환경 변화 및 이에 따른 인수합병 유형 변화에도 불구하고 최근 통신기업의 인수합병 추이 및 경제적 효과에 대한 분석이 미흡한 실정이고 향후에는 기술변화 및 통신시장 환경의 변화가 지속되어 통신-비통신기업 간 인수합병은 더욱 증가할 것으로 예상되기 때문에 기존 연구의통신기업 인수합병 유형 분류 방식을 참고하여 글로벌 통신기업의 유형별 인수합병 추이를 분석하고, 인수합병 유형에 따라 가격, 투자 등에 미치는 효과를 추정한 후 이를 바탕으로 향후 통신기업의 인수합병 심사 등에 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

메타버스를 활용한 청소년정책 혁신모델 구축방안 연구

본 연구는 메타버스의 기술은 민간과 지자체에서 많은 사례가 발견될 뿐 교육현장의 활용사례는 초기 단계이며 특히 청소년시설의 활용사례와 이에대한 직접적인 연구도 거의 없는 실정임에도 메타버스 등을 활용한 다양한 플랫폼에대한 관심도와 요구가 높아지기에 청소년들이 체감하는 메타버스의 경험이 청소년들에게 어떠한 변화를 가져오는지 살펴보고, 청소년정책의 혁신모델로서 메타버스 기술이 접목 혹은 활용되는 방안에 대하여 살펴보며 나아가 메타버스가 청소년시설에서 활용되기 위한 전략적 과제의 정책 제언을 도출하고자 한다.

광역지방자치단체 고령사회정책 모니터링 및 과제

본 연구는 고령사회정책은 일부에서는 중앙의 정책 내용에 대한 정합성이요구되며, 일부에서는 지역의 특성을 반영한 자율성이 확보되어야 하는측면이 있다고보아 광역자치단체 수준에서의 고령사회정책을 중앙 차원의 정책 기조와의 정합성, 광역자치단체 지역 고유의 욕구와 자원을 고려한 자율적 정책 운영, 이 두 측면을 중심으로 모니터링하면서 이를 통해 광역자치단체의 고령사회정책의 실효성 있는 추진전략을 제시하고자 한다.

한반도 외교안보 환경 변화와 평화·비핵 체제 모색

본 연구의 목적은 한반도 외교안보 환경의 변화에 대한 분석을 통해 평화‧비핵 체제의 구축과 관련한 시사점을 도출하고, 그 시사점과 기존 대북정책에 대한 평가에 근거하여 한반도 평화‧비핵 체제 구축을 위한 정책 방향과 과제를 제시한다. 이를 위해 북한의 전략노선과 대외정책, 미국 및 중국의 대외전략과 한반도정책, 그리고 우크라이나 전쟁의 영향을 분석하고, 한반도 평화‧비핵 체제 구축을 어렵게 할 수 있는 주요 도전요인들을 제시하였다.

AI기반 행정을 위한 입법방안 연구

향후 AI 행정이 활성화될 경우를 대비하여 AI가 공공행정에 활용될 경우 발생할 수 있는 법적 쟁점을 발굴하고, AI 행정이 가져올 행정법 영역에서의 각종 법적 이슈와 쟁점들을 연구하여 미래 행정에 대비한 입법 방안을 마련할 필요가 있기에 본 연구는 AI 행정이 공공행정 영역에서 확대될 경우 AI 행정의 근거, 행위기준, 절차, 권리구제 방안 등 다양한 법적 쟁점을 발굴하고, 개별 행정법제의 개선 방안을 마련하고자 한다.

인구감소 대비 지역별 인구추계 기반 미래학교 시나리오 구축

본 연구는 2040년 미래 시점에서 지역별 인구추계 분석 결과를 기반으로 인구감소에 대비한 미래학교 시나리오를 구축한 후 시나리오별 예상 쟁점을 도출하고 이를 해결하기 위한 전반적인 학교교육의 변화 방향을 탐색하는 것으로서 주요 연구 내용은 인구감소 대비 학교교육 정책 및 실천 현황 분석, 지역별 초·중·고 학령인구 추계및 분석, 인구추계를 고려한 미래학교 시나리오 구축이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구, 인구추계 및 GIS 분석, 델파이 조사, 시나리오 기법, 심층면담, 워크숍, 전문가 협의회 등의 연구 방법을 활용하였다.

인구절벽시대에 대응한 이공계 대학원 지원방향 제언

본 연구는 인구절벽시대의 본격 도래에 따른 이공계 대학원 지원정책의 재설계 방향을 제언을 위해 이공계 대학원 경쟁력 및 국가 과학경쟁력의 저하로 이어질 수 있는 이공계 대학원생 부족문제의 진위를 파악하고자, 이공계 대학원생의 현황 및 추이를 분석하고 이공계 대학원생의 현황 및 이슈와 그 원인에 대한 명확한 진단을 토대로, 이공계 연구인력의 확보·양성 측면에서 이공계 대학원 지원방향을 제언하고자 한다.

농촌지역 장기요양 재가서비스 실태와 개선방안

본 연구는 농촌지역 장기요양 재가서비스 실태를 분석하고 주요 쟁점과 개선방안을 제시함으로써 농촌지역 거주 노인의 돌봄공백 해소에 기여하는 것을 목적으로, 이를 위해 장기요양 재가서비스의 지역별(동부, 읍·면부), 서비스 종류별 이용 및 공급 현황을 양·질적 분석방법을 병행하여 분석하고, 현장과 학계 전문가의 자문을 토대로 농촌지역 장기요양 재가서비스 현장의 주요 쟁점을 해소하기 위한 구체적인 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다.

폐플라스틱 열분해 추진여건 및 정책과제

본 연구에서는 폐플라스틱 열분해(pyrolysis)를 대상으로 하며, 생산된 열분해유로 석유 기반 나프타(naphtha)를 대체하여 활용하는 등의 원료화에 중점을두며 국내 폐플라스틱 열분해 추진여건을 살펴보고 주요 이슈를 분석하여 열분해 산업 활성화를 위한 정책과제를 제시하면서 기후환경위기 대응을 위한 정부 국정과제(열분해 방식으로 전환)의 정책화 방향을 시의성 있게 도출하여 순환경제를 통한 온실가스 감축 전략 마련에 기여하고자 한다.
